Her practice focuses on M&A, corporate restructuring, legal and tax due diligence, tax planning and venture capital in cross-border and domestic contexts.
Previously with DLA Piper Chile in the Venture Capital and Financing Group.
Isabel was also main legal advisor to the Chilean Ministry of National Assets during the 2018-2022 presidential period where she gained extensive experience in the real estate, mining and energy areas.
